The galvanizing process at our facility follows a seven-tank system: degreasing, pickling, fluxing, zinc immersion at 450°C, cooling, passivation, and final inspection. Each component receives a metallurgically-bonded zinc layer that provides both barrier protection and cathodic (sacrificial) protection, meaning even if the coating is scratched, the exposed steel remains protected.
